Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the PopCloset iOS application. By using PopCloset, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Apple Standard EULA

PopCloset is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

PopCloset may offer an auto-renewable subscription or cloud generation credits. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.

3. Your Content and AI Generation

You retain ownership of your garment photos and base try-on photos. By using the "Generate on Me" feature, you consent to your images being securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure (including Cloudflare Workers and Google Gemini) strictly for the purpose of generating the photorealistic try-on image. We do not use your photos to train our models, nor do we store them permanently.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to generate inappropriate or violating content using the generative AI pipeline.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Generative AI try-on rendering may produce unexpected, incomplete, or anatomically inaccurate results. PopCloset is provided for fashion visualization and entertainment. Features may change, and active network access is strictly required to use the cloud try-on generation features.
